OH, use a distinct bowser to download it.  I imagine that worked for some people.   I don't Imagine it likes  Microsoft Edge.  Test downloading it on A different Laptop or computer.  You'll be able to  duplicate the  .exe put in file on your Laptop or computer.  If updating the touchpad drivers doesn't correct the problem with the touc
